How to choose the right product option
The product link gets you to a listing. The option you select determines the specific item you are asking for. Take a moment to connect its label, photos and measurements before adding it to your list.
Record the complete option label
Open the full listing from KakoPicks and look at each choice separately: colour, size, version, material description and quantity where relevant. Avoid shortening the label until it becomes ambiguous. “Black, size L, version B” preserves more information than “black top.”
Option names can be abbreviated or translated. If the label and photo appear to describe different things, leave a note and seek clarification through the seller or agent. Choosing the most familiar word is not a reliable way to resolve a mismatch.
Match the photo to the selection
Switch between available options and check whether the displayed image, price or description changes. Some pages keep the same cover photo across several options. Do not take an unchanged image as confirmation that the options are identical.
If a QC gallery is available, identify which choice it documents. Compare labels, colour and visible details with the selected option. A gallery can help you ask a better question, but it does not guarantee that a later order will match every detail in those photos.
Use a consistent measuring method
Take a garment you already wear comfortably and measure the dimensions used in the listing’s size chart. Use the same units and note whether a figure is a flat width or a circumference. For footwear, read the listing’s own measuring instructions rather than transferring a clothing-size method.
For example, if your reference garment has a 54 cm flat chest width, compare that number with the chart’s flat chest width. A label such as “oversized” does not replace the measurement. Consider which dimensions matter to you rather than relying on a single size letter.
Handle missing details explicitly
When the listing has no chart, no clear version mapping or no photos of the colour you want, mark that as an information gap. Another listing’s chart is not evidence for this seller’s item, even when the title or image is similar.
Keep uncertain items out of the ready-to-order group until you have enough information for your own requirements. If an optional measurement or inspection service is available, confirm what it covers and its current cost with the provider before relying on it.
Save a choice you can repeat
Store the product URL, exact option label, selected size, quantity and the date checked together. Add a short reason for the choice, such as which measurements you compared. This prevents you from repeating the entire decision when you return later.
Recheck the option at checkout. A saved list does not reserve stock, preserve a price or guarantee the option is still offered. If the label changes, review it again rather than substituting the closest-looking selection automatically.
